Obituary of Judith Marie Flynn
Judith Marie Flynn, age 76, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Friday, August 9th, 2019 at Corning Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 17th, 1942 in Elkland, PA, a daughter of Elmer and Lillian (Webster) Button. Judith was the wife of Harry Flynn with whom she would have celebrated 59 years of marriage on September 14. She was a homemaker known as "mama spaghetti" who enjoyed cooking, crocheting, organizing family get-togethers, and her loving dog Jacque.
Judith is survived by her husband, Harry; son Stephan "Steve" Flynn of Lawrenceville; daughters Peggy (Gregg) Brown of Gaines Township, Lori (Dale) Crans of Farmington Township, Pamela "Pam" (Brian) Cook of Elkland, Elizabeth "Beth" (Daniel) Clark of Lawrenceville; sister Janice (Earl) Stromberg of Port Allegany; 11 grandchildren Melissa, Leanna, Heather, Zach, Kassi, Megan, Lucas, Sarah, Katie, Kyle, Kalyb and 5 great grandchildren Finley, Tristan, Keegan, Wyatt, Lillian and one on the way. She was preceded in death by brothers James Elmer and John Button, and her daughter-in-law Karen Flynn.
A celebration of Judith's life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a diabetes organization of your choice, or to the Guthrie Hospice, 421 Tomahawk Rd, Towanda, PA 18848. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. is assisting the family.
