Laverna, and family
It is with great sadness that we say so long to Merle, your husband, their father and my life long friend.
Merle was my friend when people in my life would have tossed me away.
He often came to my defense and made sure that no more harm came to me while he was in the room.
Merle had a great sense of humor and the best smile.
He was a genuine man who was an excellent friend and mentor to me.
As I became an adult, I was able to find you and Merle again and it has been my honor and pleasure to again be in contact with you both.
I spoke to Merle on many occasions and he often told me about his love for God that he held deep in his heart.
I am so sorry for your loss, but we know that Merle is up there free from difficult breathing and no more suffering!
I love ya
Georgia Mae
