Betty and I knew each other from the time I started at Wundies in 1982. She was the first lady to talk to me. Our friendship continued for many years until Betty could no longer communicate. I got to know all her family through her.
My condolences to all of you.

Aunt Betty and I had gone to New York City with Benedicts bus to see Mary Poppins on Broadway. We had the most fun going through the wax museum prior to going to the theatre. We laughed and posed with many of the celebrities.
Family was important to Aunt Betty and she was very good in maintaining contact and sharing of family news and vice versa. She will be missed as she knew the coming and goings of the family. This was prior to social media. The Crippen family is close and we can attribute this to Aunt Betty, Uncle Jack and their siblings for family gatherings and celebrations through the years.
