Richard Miller, Sr., 76, of Harrisburg, PA died on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Residence in Harrisburg, PA.
Mr. Miller was born on February 27, 1942 in Blossburg, PA, the son of Warren L. and Elizabeth Grove Miller.
