Obituary of Anna Mae Everett
Anna Mae Everett, age 79, of Tioga, PA, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 16, 1938 at home in Tioga, PA, a daughter of Albert and Irene (Howe) Miller. Anna Mae was the wife of the late Calvert L. Everett who passed away on June 18, 2014. She had been employed as a bus driver for Northern Tioga School District and EMTA, also as a waitress and spent many years catering. Anna Mae was a powder puff snowmobile racer, and enjoyed cooking, and going to garage sales. She was a caretaker and best friend to Mary Reynolds for many years.
Anna Mae is survived by five sons, Scott (Lois) Wood of Millerton, PA, Bart (Kim) Wood of Cameron Park, CA, Matt (Chanda) Everett of Richfield, PA, Mark Everett of Tioga, PA, Matt (Kelly) Beatty of Port Chester, NY; a daughter, Annette (Steve) Cobb of Zephyrhills, FL; 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother, Robert "Bob" (Shirley) Miller of Westfield, PA; two sisters, Donna Holleran of Corning, NY, JoAnn (Jim) Wicks of Tioga, PA. Anna Mae was preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley Wood in 1963, husband, Calvert; two brothers, Bill and Gene Miller; a sister, Christine Keck.
A memorial luncheon will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Noon at the Lawrenceville Fire Hall, 9 Mechanic St., Lawrenceville, PA 16929. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
