Obituary of John L. Cook

John L. "Butch" Cook, age 60, of Nelson, PA, died Friday, February 9, 2018 at his home. He was born August 1, 1957 in NY, a son of Glenn and Esther (Johns) Cook. John liked tinkering with cars.

John is survived by a son, Jason Morley of Cowanesque, PA; 2 step-daughters, Tammy Rhinehart and Kathy Brown of PA; several grandchildren; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Joyce Cook of Osceola, PA, Ivan and Valerie Kristanovich of TN, Rick and Alice Cook of Elkland, PA; 3 sisters and a brother-in-law, Glenda Cook of TN, Lynn Northup of Wellsboro, PA, Tammy and Mike Gardner of Austin, PA; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy; parents; a step-son, Philip Tubbs; a sister, Perrietta Davis.
