Obituary of Marie A. J. Brady

Marie A. J. Brady, age 84, of Lawrenceville, PA, died Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Corning Hospital, Corning, NY. She was born June 28, 1933 in Woonsocket, RI, a daughter of Hermand and Emelia (Provencal) Dumais. Marie worked as a dress sales associate at Mary Kirkland in Painted Post, NY before she retired. She was a member of the Church of the New Covenant in Mansfield, PA. Marie enjoyed anything to do with the Lord; loved entertaining, and bringing people together. She served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Marie is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Robin Lynn Brady of Wellsville, NY; James and Barbara Brady of San Ramon, CA; Jeffrey and Robin Denise Brady of Dandridge TN; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Chuck Price of New Castle, Ontario, Canada; Elizabeth and James Rodgers of Farmington, MO; a brother, Charles Dumais of Cranston, RI; a sister, Dorothy Vierra of Woonsucket, RI; 20 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren with 2 yet to be born. Marie was predeceased by an eldest son, Thomas C. Brady II on April 28, 1985; and the father of her children, Lt. Col. Thomas C. Brady on October 26, 2016. Visitation will be held at the Church of the New Covenant, 310 Extension St., Mansfield, PA on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. A funeral Service will follow the visitation at 3:00 P.M. at the Church with Pastor Michael Brady, Pastor Jeffrey Brady, Pastor Scafidi and Rev. Charles Price officiating. There will be a grave site "Celebration of Life" Memorial Service for Marie A. J. Brady on the anniversary of her birthday on June 28, 2018 at Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
