Obituary of Ronald R. Atkinson
Ronald R. Atkinson, age 76, of Lawrenceville, PA, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at his home. He was born on July 26, 1941 in Camden, NJ, a son of Cyril and Helen (Dougherty) Atkinson. Ronald was the husband of Catherine "Cassie" (Innamorato) Atkinson and they shared 53 years of marriage. He was a machinist for Langston Company in Camden County, NJ for 34 years. Ronald was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Lawrenceville, PA. He enjoyed hunting, photography, spending time with his family and friends, and was a lifetime member of the NRA.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Cassie; 3 sons, Ronald R. (Cheryl) Atkinson of Pinellas Park, FL., Michael J. Atkinson of Magnolia, NJ., William (Tara) Atkinson of Erial, NJ.; 7 grandchildren, Robert J. "R.J" (Leann) Neidl and Steven N. Neidl, Emilie S. Atkinson, Christian M. Atkinson, Jason A. (Deanna) Atkinson, Angelia N. Atkinson, and Brandon M. Atkinson; 3 great grandchildren, Hunter and Harmony Neidl, Kaleb Atkinson; 3 sisters, Helen E. Russo of Newark, DE., Carol J. (Robert) Dickson of Glassboro, NJ., Terry L. Paradise of Voorhees, NJ.; an aunt Margaret Cassetta; an uncle John Atkinson; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends are invited to call on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 10 AM to Noon at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A service will immediately follow at Noon with Rev. Tom Harmic officiating.
