Obituary of Steven Harer
Steven D. Harer, age 65, of Liberty, PA, passed away on November 22, 2017 at his home with family and friends beside him. He was born on November 25, 1951 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Donald and Patricia (Richards) Harer. Steven worked for Penn Recycling in Williamsport and was a Truck Driver for many years. He was a lifetime member of Liberty VFW and a member of the Ironheads MC. Club. Steven was the Quartermaster of the Liberty VFW, Post 6755 for many years and a US veteran having served in the Army.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years Carlene; two daughters, Stephanie Harer of Troy, PA, Stacee (Todd) Boyles of Covington, PA; a step-son, Darick (Wendy) Graham of Liberty, PA; seven grandchildren, Allee, Griffin, Gabe, Sydnee, Kaylee, Kendall, Kinley; a brother, George (Susie) Harer of Sabinsville; six sisters, Sharon Hopkins of Williamsport, PA, Judy (Charles) Campbell of Buttonwood, PA, Ellen (Jim) Campbell of Trout Run, PA, Janet (Joe) Hall of Jersey Shore, PA, Gail McNutt of Myerstown, PA, Sandi (Robert) Wheeland of East Point, PA. Steven was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Duane; a sister, Terri.
