Obituary of Frederick Huslander

Frederick Fred L. Hulslander, age 83, of Covington, PA, died Monday, July 23, 2007 at his residence. Fred was the husband of Doris L. (Boyd) Hulslander for 55 years. He was born December 22, 1923 in Covington, PA, a son of John and Sarah Jenny (Kendrick) Hulslander. Fred was life long dairy farmer. He attended the Pennsylvania Ave. Methodist Church in Pine City, NY. Fred is survived by his wife, Doris; a son, John Hulslander of Elmira Heights, NY; and a sister, Ruth Quoss of CT; several nieces and nephews, and several close friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and James Hulslander, three sisters, Evelyn Schlock, Margaret Clark and Inez Mosch. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, July 26, 2007 from Noon to 3:00 P.M. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held immediately after the visitation at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. William Vallet officiating. Burial will be in State Road Cemetery, Mainesburg, PA.
