Obituary of Steve A. Bogaczyk
Steve A. Bogaczyk, age 62, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Williamsport Hospital in Williamsport, PA. He was born on September 26, 1954 in Blossburg, PA, a son of Joseph E. and Margaret (Knowlton) Bogaczyk. He worked as a logger at Dake's Logging in Arnot, PA. Steve enjoyed watching football, particularly his favorite teams: the Nittany Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Steve is survived by three sons, Jason Cummings of Tioga, PA, Justin Cummings of Tioga, PA and Jeremy (Miranda) Peffer of Roaring Branch, PA; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; two brothers, Todd (Barbara) Bogaczyk of Blossburg, PA and Kenneth Bogaczyk of Blossburg, PA; four sisters, Kathleen Krause of Charlottesville, PA, Brenda Bogaczyk of Blossburg, PA, LuAnne Walker of Blossburg, PA, and Cynthia Pollock of Blossburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Bogaczyk.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from Noon to 1:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral chapel with Pastor Harold Burrell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Buckheit Funeral Chapel to assist with expenses. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
