He was a special person as I'm sure you already know. Know this, he made a positive impression on me with his positivity, desire, faith, and work ethic. He will truly be missed. May God provide all his family and friends with comfort during this time of loss.

My heartfelt condolences to the Harvey family. Joe was a super guy. He was like a big brother to all the Mainesburg kids. We all looked up to him when he when he went into the military. He was Mainesburg's very own Hometown Hero. We'll never forget all the summer nights of flashlight tag in the old post office yard. His pleasant smile and sense of humor will surely be missed
