Obituary of Letha M. Buman

Letha M. (Reese) Ross Buman, age 80, of Lawrenceville, PA, died Friday, June 22, 2007 in Wellsboro, PA. Letha was the wife of James Buman. She was born on March 27, 1927 in Tioga, PA, a daughter of John and Viola (Graham) Reese. Letha retired from Corning Glass. Her favorite hobby was crocheting. Letha is survived by her husband, James, of Lawrenceville, PA, two daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon and Jim Kizer of Tioga, PA, Rhonda Ross of Bolivar, NY; a son, Larry Ross of Lawrenceville, PA; step children, Larry (Sandy) Buman, Jerry (Sue) Buman, Jimmy (Robin) Buman, all of Lindley, NY, Mary (Kevin Kirkham) Clark of Bath, NY, Diane Jackson, Terry (Renee) Buman of Arizona, Randy (Beth) Buman of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren that she raised, Robert (Lisa) Ross of Lawrenceville, PA, David Ross of Columbus, OH, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 19 step grandchildren, 14 step great grandchildren, and a sister, Natalie VanCise of Lawrenceville, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, 8 brothers and sisters, and her first husband, Robert Ross in 1961. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, June 25, 2007 from 11 AM top 1 PM at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will immediately follow the viewing at 1 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Paris officiating. Burial will be in Powers Corners Cemetery, Lawrenceville, PA.
