Very sorry to read this on the I Love Renovo Facebook page.I hadn't seen her and Jim since 1979 at our class reunion which she planned ,being the class planner for all of them. I remember Gayle fondly as a reliable, intelligent young lady liked by all who knew her.
She and I had a photo taken together for the yearbook (voted prettiest hair). Mine is now shaved off but it seems Gayle had much better genes.

Taken from a sympathy card, I believe this so true of Gayle....
"Here is a life to be celebrated. Celebrated for who she was and how she lived.
For the dreams she followed and gifts she shared.
For the relationships she nurtured and the people she loved."
I will miss you Gayle. Thank you for all the good times that we shared together with family. I am looing forward to seeing you in Heaven.....

Gayle took me to school with her a couple times at the end of the school year when I was young, because she taught in NY and our school was done, another memory was our tea visits. She introduced me to green tea when I was young. It was so nice running into her and Jim last fall. We always could visit.thanks for the memories Gayle, Rest In Peace.

Words can't express how saddened I am to hear of your loss. I have very fond memories of her. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on.

I would like to take this time to say my heart and my boys hearts and prayers are with you all. Mrs. Krebs was an absolutely wonderful lady. Thank you for sharing your wife and mother with those many hundreds of children (like myself and my boys). She was a light here on Earth as I know she will be in Heaven.

I'm so sorry for your loss but please know that she touched my life dearly. Had her all through my school years at R B Walter and Williamson from 1976-1989 she at one time or another was a sub for my classes. I always loved to have her she was so much fun and so sweet. She was one sub all of us enjoyed!! Our prayers go out to you all. She will surely be missed but not forgotten. Red light...(: <3
