Obituary of Roberta Dee Thompson
Roberta "Bobbie Dee" Thompson, age 70, of Arnot, PA, died Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. She was born November 15, 1946 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of James Robert and Janet Beverly (Reid) Wakley Guy. Roberta was the wife of Richard E. Thompson. She worked at Wendy's, North Penn High School cafeteria, Ward Manufacturing, and as a caregiver. Roberta was a member of the Arnot Sportsmen's Club, the Hillside Rod and Gun Club, and a former member of St. Andrew's Alter and Rosary Society and was also a Eucharistic Minister.
In addition to her husband, Richard, she is survived by 4 sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Lee Mase, Jr. of Hollywood, FL, Troy Alan Mase of York, PA, Tracy Ray (Kristine) Mase of MD, Thad Boyd (Renee) Mase of Arnot, PA; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Jessica Robin (Todd) Outman of Westfield, PA, Saraha Rebeckka Thompson of Blossburg, PA; 2 sisters, Jerrie Ann Wakley Tokarz of Blossburg, PA, Beverly Sue (David) Jones of Blossburg, PA; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandson, 5 brothers-in-law Chester (Gladys) Mahoski, Robert Thompson Jr., Leonard (Sylvia) Thompson, Michael (Lynn) Thompson, Elroy (Brenda) Thompson, 4 sisters-in-law Marie (John) Mattison, Regina Thompson, Irene Definbaugh, and Linda (Bill) Bloom. She was predeceased by her first husband, Terry Lee Mase, Sr. in 1983; her mother and step-father, Janet and Darus Guy.
Family and friends are invited to attend a luncheon and a time of fellowship on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Arnot Recreation Center (old school building).
