Obituary of Mary E. Kurtzman

Mary E. Kurtzman, age 71 of Millerton, PA, died on Monday, June 18, 2007 in Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. Mary was born on July 19, 1935 in Westchester County, NY, a daughter of John and Elizabeth (Ross) Crocker. Mary was formerly employed as an instructor of literature and womens studies at McHenry County College in IL and San Antonio College in TX. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, beading jewelry and was a master basketmaker. Mary is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan L. and Catherine Kurtzman of San Francisco, CA, a daughter, Laura Kurtzman of Sacramento, CA, her former husband and father of her children, Neil A. Kurtzman of Lubbock, TX, a sister, Carole DeLauro of Troy, PA, and special friends, Abby Werlock of Armenia Mts., Herb, Dori, Adam and Derek Dunham of Millerton, PA.
