Obituary of Ernest A. Holley
Ernest A. Holley, age 78, of Blossburg, PA, died Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Broad Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Wellsboro, PA. He was born July 7, 1938 in Leetonia, PA, a son of Ernest and Kathryn Irene (Lowe) Rankin. Ernest was a truck driver for 40 years. He was married to the late Donna Jean (Moran) Holley and was a member of the DADS of Foreign Wars, V.F.W., and the coast guard auxiliary. Ernest enjoyed collecting coins, knives and going fishing.
Ernest is survived by 4 sons and daughters-in-law, David (Tracy) Holley of Ocala, FL, Sheldon Scott (Sharlene) Holley of Blossburg, PA, Daniel (Lillian) Holley of Mansfield, PA, Robert Holley of Mansfield, PA; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Robin (Clifford) Hurd of Wellsburg, NY, Kitrina (Thomas) Gleason of Mansfield, PA; a brother and sister-in-law, Tom (Pat) Holley of Sylvania, PA; 4 sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia (Gary) Armstrong of North Dakota, Connie (Gary) Kirk of Elkland, PA, Linda (John) Clark of Granville Summit, PA, Debbie (Tom) Mosher of Elmira, NY. In addition to his wife, Donna, he was predeceased by daughters, Penny Jo Wilcox in 2014, Jetha Houser, granddaughter, Aimee Marie Gleason; son, Stephen Holley..
Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel And Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
