Obituary of Kristy Lynn Brown
Kristy Lynn Brown, January 10, 1985-October 17, 2016, born to Catherine Gotschall of Mansfield, PA and the late Dean Brown. She was born at the Soldiers and Sailors Hospital in Wellsboro, PA, and her life slipped away at the Geisinger Medical Unit in Danville, PA.
She is survived by her mother Catherine; her beloved sons, Braedan Lee Cook, age 8, Wellsboro, PA, Calleb Lee Huck, age 5, Mansfield, PA; two sisters, Kayla and Ashely Smith of Cornelia, GA; a foster mother, Genny Fisher-Huck of Wellsboro, PA; five foster sisters, Nicole Fisher-Huck of Mansfield, PA, Megan Cohick of Williamsport, PA, Bethany and Sarah Huck, and Jennifer Watkins all of Wellsboro, PA; two foster brothers, Briar and Travis Huck both of Wellsboro, PA, a special friend Derek Youmans of Liberty, PA, and a special niece Bryar Huck. She is predeceased by her father Dean Brown and her foster father Craig Huck.
Kristy's many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends will miss her greatly. Her sons were her world and they will never be the same without her.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday, October 21, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Buckheit Funeral Chapel, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will immediately follow at 5:00 PM with Georgia Probst officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Buckheit Funeral Chapel to assist with expenses.
