Dear Rusk,
My husband, Frank Walter, and I, Mary Ann Joyce, remember the two of you when I was "sabbatical replacement" at Mansifeld ( 1975-76!). Both you and Kathy were SO good to us, and we remember both of you with affection and gratitude. I don't know if you remember or not, but you took Frank ad me on a m~agnificent plane ride with Kathy! what a memory we have, and we wish you our dearest sympathy and most beautiful memories.

I knew Cathy through golf. It was truly a pleasure to play with Cathy. She was so talented! but even better than that she was kind. I'm so sad Cathy has left us so soon. She will be missed. Goodbye to my friend.

We are so saddened by this news. Cathy was a wonderful woman who gave so much to improve the lives of others. We remember so fondly both Cathy and J Wayne at our wedding, and cherish the many times we shared. It's been years since we seen them, but truly special people, like Cathy and J Wayne, remain in your heart forever. The world is a better place because Cathy Rusk shared our journey.
I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Cathy. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by all. To know her is to love her… Remember, Cathy is safely home in heaven where there is perfect joy and beauty in the everlasting light.
I was saddened to hear of Cathy's passing. I knew her from years attending the same golf tournaments. She was a great golfer and a good friend. Her presence at tournaments and in life will lie in all our hearts. She will be missed by many.
