Obituary of Kenneth G. Howe
Kenneth G. "Ken" "Jerry" Howe, age 72, of Cherokee, NC, died Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Watkinsville, GA. He was born January 11, 1944 in Lawrenceville, PA, a son of Kenneth and Margaret (Dixon) Howe. Ken was married to Margaret (Synakowski) Howe. He was employed in quality assurance/control for a nuclear power plant before he retired. Ken enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting.
Ken is survived by his wife, Margaret; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lisa Howe of Athens, GA; a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Niel Wall of Athens, GA; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith and Pat Howe of Martinez, GA, Eddie and Penny Howe of Tioga, PA; three grandchildren, Andrew, Allison and Aaron Howe. He was predeceased by his parents and an infant sister, Rebecca Howe.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday July 28, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, July 29,2016 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will follow at the funeral chapel on Friday at 3:00 PM with Pastor Debbie Button officiating.
