Obituary of Edith B. Davis
Edith B. Davis, age 90, of Millerton, PA, died Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. She was born March 31, 1926 in Emporium, PA, a daughter of Lester and Floy (Bierly) Hacket. Edith was predeceased by her husband, Donald.
Edith is survived by 2 sons, Keith Davis of Morehead, KY, and Albert Davis of Williamsport, PA; a brother, Rev. Emory W. Hacket of Salma, NC; 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, James, two daughters, Deanna Baker and Faith Marilyn Davis; a sister, June A. Hubler.
In keeping with Edith's wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
