Obituary of Joan K. O'Donnell
Joan K. O'Donnell, age 78, of Blossburg, PA, died Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Bradford County Manor, W. Burlington, PA. She was born October 25, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, a daughter of Francis and Elsie (Vonboez) McHenry. Joan was the widow of John J. O'Donnell who passed away in 2008. She worked at Carnegie U.S. Steel Mill in Fairless Hills, PA. Joan was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church, Mansfield, PA. She enjoyed cooking and doing crafts.
Joan is survived by 4 sons, Darren O'Donnell of Blossburg, PA, Joseph (Judy) Przepioski of Laurel Springs, NJ, Michael Przepioski and Sean (Patricia) Peterson, both of Levittown, PA; 2 daughters, LeeAnn Jorrett of Hatboro, PA, Faymarie (Arthur) Gerstenmaier of Langhorne, PA; a sister, Pat McHenry of Shippensburg, PA; numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Besides her husband she was predeceased by a son, Kevin Przepioski, a step-son, Kevin O'Donnell, and a daughter, Lynne Dee Geiser.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield PA from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Child Catholic Church on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Bryan Wright as celebrant.
