I worked with Jim at Akiko's the summer of 1988. He was quite possibly one of the kindest and gentlest souls I have ever met. I'm so happy he found love and lived what I hope was, although short, an amazing 48 years of life. I will always remember him with a sweet smile and a kind gesture. God Bless his Soul.

My thoughts and prayers are with you , Fawn. I'm sorry, but didn't know of Jim's struggle with these latest heart health issues until Moyer's sent me word of your loss. My heart and prayers are with you - may you be strengthened as you find comfort from the faithfulness of the Lord, for He is ever true to His WORD. I have MANY memories from "Blessings" with Jim keeping his post at the desk :) - ever cheerful and helpful, with kindly dealings, as we were working together. I haven't seen either of you since those days, but please know my thoughts and prayers have and will continue. love, Darlene
