Obituary of Roland A. Satterlee

Roland A. Satterlee, Jr., age 88, of Lawrenceville, PA, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at his home. He was born September 20, 1927 in Elmira, NY, a son of Roland A. and Eunice (Perry) Satterlee. Roland was married to Lorraine (Davis) Satterlee and would have celebrated 55 years on August 25th. He was employed at Ingersoll Rand for 12 years, and worked in construction and drove truck. Roland enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, NASCAR, motorcycles, and was a tinkering mechanic. Roland is survived by his wife, Lorraine; 4 sons and daughters-in-law, Randy of Wellsboro, PA, Richard and Karen of Lawrenceville, PA, Rocky of Tioga, and Roland III and Brenda of Mansfield, PA; 2 daughters and a son-in-law, Robin Gee of Lawrenceville, PA, and Ronette and Kevin Boyden of Mansfield, PA; a step-brother, Donald Brockway of Wellsboro, PA; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA.
