Obituary of Sharon Jane Lattimer

Sharon Jane Lattimer, age 69, of Blossburg, PA, formerly of Canton, PA, died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 24, 1946 in Lycoming County, a daughter of John and Frances Doughty. She was the widow of Harry Earl Lattimer who died on December 12, 2000. Sharon had been employed by Canton Manufacturing. She enjoyed playing video games, Pac-man, and watching Game Shows and Soap Operas. Sharon is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Harry J. and Darlene May Lattimer of Blossburg, PA, Glenn and Karen Lattimer of Blossburg, PA, Eugene E. Lattimer of Mansfield, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Martin Sherwood of Boyertown, PA; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Faye of Fredericksburg, TX and Helen Cox of Fredericksburg, VA. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by 2 sisters, Ruth Ann Welch and Joyce Preston; a brother, Eugene Welch, a step-daughter, Joyce E. Lattimer. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, December 19, 2015 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 P.M. with Rev. John Shypulefski officiating. Burial will be in East Canton Cemetery.
