Obituary of Arthur G. Frost
Arthur G. Frost, age 85, of Covington, PA, died Sunday, August 16, 2015 in Wellsboro, PA. He was born May 22, 1930 in Covington, PA, a son of Elias and Edna (Lind) Frost. Arthur worked at Ward Manufacturing as an inspector and machinist before his retirement. He enjoyed going to camp, auctions, playing cards, farming, haying, gardening, helping build his son's house and enjoyed his family and animals. He was a U. S. Army veteran.
Arthur is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Cindy Frost of Wellsboro, PA, Gary and Diane Frost of Elkland, PA; a daughter, Sharon Frost of Horseheads, NY; a grandson and best friend and buddy, Jordan (Skye Ingerick) Frost of Wellsboro, PA; a sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Syvellon Mascho of Wellsboro, PA; 2 nieces, Tammy (Cress) Simpson, Tina (Bob) Wolfe. He was predeceased by his wife, Virginia in 1981; a son, Robert Frost, a brother, Donald Frost, and a nephew, Michael Mascho.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Dot Densmore officiating. Burial will be in Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wellsboro Fire Department, 21 Pearl St., Wellsboro, PA 16901, in honor of his grandson. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
