Obituary of Betty Lou Healey

Betty Lou Healey, age 82, of Lawrenceville, PA, died Sunday, June 21, 2015 at The Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. She was born December 9, 1932 in Wellsboro, a daughter of Kenneth and Viola (Pease) Kilburn. Betty and her late husband, George Henry Healey, celebrated 60 years together on August 9th, 2013. She had been employed as a Teacher's Aide at Northern Tioga School District and as a secretary for an insurance office. Betty was a member of the East Lawrence Baptist Church. Betty is survived by 2 sons and daughter-in-law, Patrick H. and Penny Healey of Lawrenceville, PA, Kenneth and Kathy Healey of Brookline, NH; 3 grandchildren, Justine and Alex Kingdon, Kristen Healey and Andrew Healey; 2 step-grandchildren, Matthew and Katie Webster and Derrick French; 3 great grandchildren, Nathan, Sean and Matty; a sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Louis Davis of Elmira Heights, NY. Betty was predeceased by her husband, George, daughter, Lucinda I. Healey on Nov. 19, 2014, daughter-in-law, Lila Healey on November 26, 2013, and a sister, Patricia Wilson in 2002. Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. Funeral services will be held at the East Lawrence Baptist Church, E. Lawrence Rd., Lawrenceville on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Scott Burke officiating.
