Obituary of Zaida Marie Marriner

Zaida Marie Marriner, age 98, of Wellsboro, PA, died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at The Green Home, Wellsboro, PA. She was a daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Edwards) Moseley. Zaida was predeceased by her husband, John Francis Marriner in 1987. She enjoyed knitting and quilting. Zaida is survived by 2 sons and a daughter-in-law, Patrick and Phyllis Marriner of Blossburg, PA, Thomas "Tom" Marriner of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a step-son, Mike (Linda) Marriner of Arnot, PA; a daughter, Michelle Edwards of Mansfield, PA; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer (Craig) Wharton, Jamie Lynn and Fay Bradley, David Edwards, Jasmyn Marriner, Shannon Hall and Nichole Lefelhoc; numerous great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband; a daughter, Darlene Hughes; a sister, Irene Young; a nephew, David B. Young, and a cousin, Mary Catherine Piper. In keeping with Zaida's wishes, there will be no services. The family wishes to thank the Shared Home, the Green Home, and Dr. Guelig for Zaida's excellent care.
