I first met Joyce at SSMH when she volunteered in the ER. Later we became close friends while working Saturdays at the NTCH. We chatted, exchanged reipes, and laughed alot. I admired her integrity and her grit. She had many friends and will be missed by all of us.
R.I.P Joyce you was a dear friend to my mom Minnie Varner .You were room mates for almost 5 years and we enjoyed having you as a friend. My sister Shirley loved decorating your room for the different holidays and putting a smile on your faces.
Joyce was a woderful lady. Full of life and joy.
I enjoyed visiting with her every day.
