Obituary of Carol Staron

Carol Staron, age 50, of Mansfield, PA, died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at her residence. She was born on July 17, 1964, in Blossburg, PA, the daughter of Lawrence and Emma (Frost) Platz. Carol enjoyed attending her college classes, reading, helping others, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Carol is survived by two sons Jay Spencer of Harrisburg, PA, Thomas Spencer ; 2 daughters Cheryl Staron of Williamsport, PA, Heather Spencer of Mansfield, PA; 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters Evelynn Hamel of Blossburg, PA, and Prestina Lane of Covington, PA.
