Obituary of Harry W. Hines

Harry W. Hines, age 82, of Wellsboro, PA died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Harry was born July 4, 1931 in Norwood, PA, a son of Walter Thomas and Violet May (Spoerl) Hines. He was the husband of Barbara E. (Prall) Hines. Harry had his own auto body and PA State Inspection Garage before his retirement; was a member of the Woodlyn Volunteer Fire Department for 23 years and a member of the Wellsboro Fire Department Auxiliary. He enjoyed helping others, music, riding motorcycles, and especially teaching his children and grandchildren. Harry is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Kim (Paul) Gentile of Downington, PA, Kelli (Scott) Kincaid of Westtown, NY, Darren (Angel) Wilson of Mansfield, PA, Jason (Elizabeth) Hines of Wellsboro, PA, Lenae (Wayne) Doty of Wellsboro, PA, Harry "Butch" Hines, Jr. of Baltimore, MD, Vicki (Kevin) Fulmer of Pottstown, PA; 19 grandchildren, Jacqueline, Zachery, Ashley, William, Aaliyah, Mia, Cora, Alexandra, Ronon, Grace, Jeremiah, Jorden, Makayla, Ariana, Jeanie, Ryan, Robin, Kylie and Desiree; 1 great grandson, Jayden; a sister, Adda Gontarz of Lawrenceville, PA. Harry was predeceased by 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S.
