Obituary of Dean W. Gordon

Dean W. Gordon, age 74, of Gillett, PA, died on Wednesday, January 15th, 2014 at his home. Born on March 6th, 1939 in Sayre, PA, he was the son of Sanford and Viola (Mott) Gordon. Dean is survived by his wife of 45 years, Shirley (Fitzpatrick) Gordon. He was predeceased by a sister, June Gordon, and a daughter-in-law, Fawn. Prior to his retirement, Dean was employed as a heavy equipment operator with Wells Township. He was a member of several tractor clubs and especially enjoyed John Deere tractors. In addition to his wife, Dean is survived by two sons, Andrew (Betty) Gordon of Millerton, PA, and Michael Gordon of Gillett, PA; one daughter, Rebecca Gordon of Millerton, PA; several grandchildren; several special friends, including Jason Freeman, Jennifer (Matt) Everson, Richard (Nellie) Merrick and many more. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Coreyland Church, 3028 Hickory Road, Columbia Cross Roads, PA.
